Service Description

Coaching sessions aid clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. As an intuitive guide I can help you clarify goals, identify obstacles holding you back, and come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. Alignment guidance helps immensely when an individual is keen on figuring out their life purpose and the means to fulfill it. There are many paths one can take, its your path - your way, you can just think of me as a friend walking beside you on yours. Insights and assistance with shadow work (ego), establishing and maintaining boundaries, effective communication, self-care, decision-making, problem-solving, developing and maintaining mindset, perspective insight of oneself/environment, and understanding the energy at play in any given situation.
