Being empathic is a very interesting experience, many people go their whole lives not knowing they posses such a gift. It's not scary or weird - it's natural. Using your intuition as a compass for navigation we can learn to manage strong feelings and emotions which can essentially change your day-to-day life in a massive way! I am highly empathic and have spent more than a decade learning to manage my emotions on my path to self-mastery, I have experienced a very wide spectrum of life experiences which have been pivotal in my "spiritual" growth and in becoming the person I resonate with most. I find it easy to connect with people, but it wasn't always the case; cultivating confidence in myself and the discernment to make choices and decisions is what I feel trust is made up of - keys to unlocking the door to the purity and capacity which love can bring.
